There are certain items that may be shipped via Air but require extra care due to their sensitive nature.

Items under Special Handling are charged with a higher rate of $11.99/lb. for US shipment.

Items with Special Handling are listed as follows:

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Any item (except auto parts and prohibited items) with a measurement over 24 x 18 x 18 inches.

COLLECTIBLES

Any item determined to be fragile and breakable by our Warehouse team that will require special handling and additional packing materials. Example: Collectibles such as Funko Pop, and fragile items made of crystal, glass, porcelain, etc.

ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS POWERED BY LI-ON BATTERIES

Laptops, tablets (WIFI models only), digital cameras, etc. These items must be brand new and in original packaging.

As a rule of thumb, the following guidelines apply:

• Items must be in their original packaging.
• Items are subject to the commercial quantity rule, which states that no more than 12 pieces of the same item may be shipped. Please note that this rule applies to all items, regardless of whether they are classified as requiring special handling or not.
• Off-size items, defined as any item that does not fit a box measuring 24 x 18 x 18 inches, fall under this category.
• The warehouse team may pack items separately or individually during consolidation depending on size and/or quantity considerations. This may result in a split box shipment where applicable.
